Provident Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution that provides a convenient place for members to save money and to get loans at reasonable rates. FEA developed a user-friendly, responsive website that displays well on desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

FEA’s design inspiration for the website was Provident Federal Credit Union’s tagline “People Helping People.”  We included photos of family, friends, individuals enjoying life being financially secure (i.e. buying a car, moving into a new home, going to college, vacationing and planning for retirement.) It was important to structure the site so it was user-friendly and easy to navigate the numerous products and services offered. Account login was prominently displayed on the home page and the top of every inside page for the added convenience of its members.
