National Beach day was created to celebrate sandy beaches whether on a lake, ocean, or river.  It also provides an opportunity to help keep those relaxing places clean, so we can continue to enjoy them long into the future. While at the beach enjoy toasting a marshmallow over a fire in honor of “national toasted marshmallow day” also celebrated on the same day.
