Katsushika Hokusai’s  The Great Wave off Kanagawa is a celebrated work of art. The Japanese woodblock print depicts a large cresting wave framing Mount Fuji and the three boats. It is instantly recognizable and has inspired many artists. It inspired professional LEGO builder and Japan-based artist Jumpei Mitsui to create a sculpture out of LEGO blocks.
